Councilmember Jason Faulkner made the motion to approve the ordinance, which was seconded by Councilmember Chris Stivers. Roll-call votes recorded Faulkner, Stivers, Humphries, Kemper, Kilpatrick and Mayor Randy Winkler voting yes; Mr. William Bicknell had been excused earlier in the meeting.
No amendment or debate regarding the surplus sale was recorded during the meeting. The ordinance was adopted as the council completed the third and final reading.
