Mayor Theoangelo Perkins announced at the Feb. 17, 2026 Harpersville Planning & Zoning meeting that he appointed Dale Glasscock to another term after Glasscock's previous term ended in December 2025. The minutes do not record a formal board vote on the appointment.
The meeting opened with a roll call that established a quorum; Angela Hicks arrived after roll call. Board member Paul Brooks moved to approve the meeting agenda and Earl Kidd seconded; Chairman David Sanders declared the motion passed by unanimous voice vote. Later, Martin Dates moved to approve the Jan. 20, 2026 minutes, Suzanne Bearden seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
With no public hearings or requests to address the board and no new business on the agenda, the board concluded with a motion to adjourn by Paul Brooks, seconded by Earl Kidd. The meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
