Council, attorney thank Mullins for more than 13 years of service

Cattell, Ogden and Fairbotham each expressed appreciation for Mullins’s service. Morehouse noted Mullins’s 13 years on the council, and Howlett said differing viewpoints had been constructive and respectful. Mullins thanked his colleagues for their comments.
Attorney Gormley also offered thanks and said Mullins would be missed. No public comments were recorded during the meeting.
The council then reviewed upcoming meeting dates and adjourned at 8:54 p.m.
