Council approves reduced tap fees for six MGM condominiums; one member objects

At its Dec. 2 meeting the Village of Stockbridge council approved reduced tap fees for six constructed or remaining MGM condominiums at addresses listed in the minutes (4043, 4045, 4047, 4049, 4051, 4053). The approved fee for each of those units is $2,500 for water and $2,500 for sewer. Future developments were directed to pay the standard tap fee of $5,000 for water and $5,000 for sewer.
The motion was made by Morehouse and supported by Fred Cattell. Roll call showed Trustee Fairbotham voting nay; the motion passed.
