The Goodnow Library Board of Trustees on Feb. 3, 2026 unanimously approved the library's 2025 Annual Report and took several routine administrative actions.
Trustee Megan moved to approve the 2025 Annual Report with a correction and Trustee Katina seconded; trustees voted to approve the report unanimously. Earlier in the meeting Trustee Lissa moved and Trustee Eriko seconded approval of the prior meeting minutes with corrections, and the minutes were also unanimously approved.
The board noted attached documents including the Director's Report, the Financial Report, and the Goodnow Library Foundation (GLF) Report and referred trustees to those materials for details. The minutes show Library Director Amy, who became director in September 2025, will receive a six-month review beginning in March; the board said the review timing reflects a summer break that interrupted the usual review cycle.
Trustees set the next regular meeting for Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:30 PM. The meeting adjourned at 7:04 PM after Trustee Ingrid moved to adjourn and Trustee Eriko seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
