Adam Burney, Director of Planning and Community Development, told the Trust that septic/percolation testing planning for 77 Hudson Road is underway and that he is awaiting a contract from engineering firm Dillis & Roy. The Department of Public Works has agreed to perform digging for tests. Burney said testing is likely to be scheduled for late July to early August and staff paused further work on the property until test results are available.
Separately, staff reported that a Housing Roundtable is being planned for June and that invitations and final scheduling will be circulated; staff noted efforts to avoid calendar conflicts and Kay Bell raised that Tuesdays often pose conflicts for members. The Trust also agreed to participate in Sudbury Pride Day on June 14 and will decide a sponsorship level at its May meeting.
