The Springport Village Council held a workshop on June 10, 2025, reviewing budget and account reports, hearing a DPW submission, and discussing multiple administrative matters including village properties, rental inspections, a zoning request, personnel policy and two legal agreements.
Clerk/Treasurer Theresa Woolworth took roll and recorded council attendance (Barnette, Cavazos, Severns, A. Ward, C. Ward present; J. Bartley and K. Bartley absent). Public attendance was recorded as Alex Cook, and the minutes show no public comment.
Manager Saylors delivered the manager’s report and Collin Hawes submitted the DPW report for June 2025. The council reviewed delinquent accounts and shutoffs and examined May 2025 account balances and disbursements. Under unfinished business the council discussed village-owned properties and rental inspections. Under new business, the agenda included a zoning request, personnel policy, and legal agreements with Mika Myers and with Castlebury & Lucas; the minutes record discussion of these items but do not show motions or votes.
