The Village of Springport Council approved minutes of the April 10, 2025 regular meeting and the May 6, 2025 workshop during its May 8 meeting. The April 10 minutes were approved on a motion by C. Ward, seconded by Cavazos; the May 6 workshop minutes were approved on a motion by J. Bartley, seconded by Cavazos. Both motions passed by roll call with five ayes and two members absent or abstaining.
During the public comment portion of the meeting, William Fisher, identified in the record as representing Southern Boy Bar B Que, requested council approval to set up his food truck in the Village of Springport.
