The clerk said she contacted Jacob Seidel after the commission’s April meeting to request feedback about the site and the number of proposed stream crossings. As of the May 13 meeting the commission had not received a response from Mr. Seidel or from the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), and therefore no site visit had been scheduled or conducted.
Commissioners recorded the status as awaiting permission and additional information; no vote or further action was taken at the meeting.
