Finances: Council approved the payables as presented. The minutes list February payables by fund and show a combined total of $500,638.04 (General Fund $114,936.47; Major Street Fund $12,372.23; Local Street Fund $3,480.01; Airport $27,626.79; Sewer $230,910.08; Water $96,058.26; Equipment Rental Fund $15,254.20).
