Member Pete Fiasconaro moved to approve the Oct. 10 minutes; Member Randy Godaire seconded the motion. The commission voted "all in favor" and the motion carried.
The commission recorded no correspondence. Zoning Enforcement Officer Jay Gigliotti presented the monthly zoning report (available at Town Hall) and noted one permit issued since the last meeting: a garage on York Road.
Under new business the commission noted that bylaws require election of officers every two years following Town elections; members did not hold elections at this session but listed the item as new business for the appropriate post-election meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 PM on a motion by Randy Godaire, seconded by Pete Fiasconaro; the motion carried.
