Staff said the packet submitted showed only the AT&T modifications and omitted other rooftop arrays; members noted Verizon previously used a reflective film to make antennas blend with the sky and suggested requesting a similar finish from AT&T to reduce visual intrusion. Because the board had not yet had the opportunity to speak with an AT&T representative and lacked a complete rooftop equipment drawing, the board opted to delay final action and directed staff to consult with AT&T about materials and finishes.
A committee member moved to table BAR25-334 until the city could discuss reflective materials and receive full equipment drawings; the motion was seconded and the board voted to table the matter. Staff said they will relay the board’s preference for a reflective or sky‑matching finish and ask AT&T to return with clarified plans.
