Sudbury 250 advances vendor registration, considers Lincoln-Sudbury HS parking and approves merchandise order

Members discussed creating two large Sudbury 250 Day banners — one to hang at Town Hall — reviewed the event timeline and activities, and discussed anticipated expenses and fundraising opportunities. The committee also reviewed the Sudbury 250 annual report that had been presented to the Select Board and noted the Select Board’s 250 resolution.
A logistical question was raised about whether parking for the event could be made available at Lincoln-Sudbury High School; the committee recorded the question and indicated it will follow up on parking options. The committee also reviewed other items on its calendar, including postponement planning for the Jan. 25 Henry Knox event and scheduling for spring presenters.
