Joel Bauman reported on Jan. 12 that Springwell has informed the council that some individuals may be losing access to SCO (Senior Care Options) services. Springwell has offered referrals to its Home Care Program and fee-for-service options and said there are no changes to email addresses or phone numbers.
Bauman also said Springwell opened a new Marlborough office at 290 Donald Lynch Blvd. Separately, Springwell is recruiting members for the AAA Advisory Council; meetings are held the third Thursday of odd months at 1 p.m. The minutes include a contact for interested parties: Donlyn Cannella at dcannella@springwell.com.
The COA received the update for information; no formal action was recorded.
