The Sudbury Cultural Council reviewed its treasurer’s update at a meeting Jan. 20, noting that the council expects $8,400 from MCC and that funds earmarked for the Scottish Festival will remain in the council account after the event’s postponement. The council recorded that an email has been sent to Robin to confirm whether the funds have been received and that town forms will be submitted once the funds arrive.
Members also checked in on grantee documentation and reminded one another to use the Document Collection Checklist to track grantee records. The committee discussed ongoing publicity planning for 2026 grantees and which Sudbury events the council should participate in.
