Representatives from Estes Construction—Ryan Nelson, Adam Hawxby and Luke Roland—provided an update on the district's construction project; the board received the report but recorded no formal action on construction at this meeting. Superintendent Chris Fenster said Eide Bailly is finalizing an engagement letter and contract to pursue energy credits tied to the district's geothermal system; that process remains in progress.
These approvals were presented as capital and safety improvements; the motions to approve the quotes carried unanimously.
