The Sudbury Planning Board unanimously approved a proposed minor modification to the approved site plan and stormwater management permit for 12 Harvey’s Farm Lane at its March 25 meeting.
Applicant Nick Mastroiani described changes that would allow for additional plantings. Board members noted that shifting the planting row across the road increased proximity to neighbors and raised a concern about a concrete mixing area located next to the filter strip; Chair Stephen Garvin suggested relocating the mixing area or adding screening to reduce impacts on the filter strip.
Clerk Ahnu Shah moved to approve the minor modification; Vice-Chair John Sugrue seconded and the motion passed 5–0 with votes recorded Sugrue-aye, Roopenian-aye, Perlman-aye, Shah-aye and Garvin-aye. The modification will proceed as approved.
