Decarbonization roadmap: The board voted unanimously to adopt the municipal decarbonization roadmap and authorized staff to pursue Climate Leader grant applications (technical support and decarbonization-accelerator grants). Adoption was described as nonbinding and would not itself appropriate funds.
Active Transportation & Safety Committee: The board approved revised ATSC mission language making the committee Select Board-appointed and clarifying responsibilities and reporting lines (4-0 vote); staff will post a cleaned final document and ensure project-notification processes.
Open forum policy: The board voted to amend the recently adopted open forum policy to make the language applicable to boards and committees that report to either the Select Board or the Town Manager; that amendment passed unanimously.
Appointments and minutes: The board confirmed multiple committee appointments and reappointments and approved meeting minutes for June 5 and June 9 (all votes recorded as unanimous or consistent with recusal where noted).
All formal votes recorded during the meeting were carried without recorded opposition.
