Rachel with ISG was not present at the Dec. 3 meeting but informed the council by email that the project team is still waiting on lien waivers related to the DD59 project. The council noted that, because S. Carlyle did not respond to an inquiry about alleged fence damage, it will disregard any claims for damages accrued from that matter.
The clerk’s bills also included charges tied to the DD59 project, including a Region XII administrative billing. Councilors did not take further action at the meeting; outstanding lien waivers remain a documented barrier to finalizing certain project payments and administrative steps.
Council members indicated they will continue to await the paperwork needed to clear the DD59 file and will address any new documentation when it is provided.
