Mayor William Cougill told the Bainbridges that the City Attorney had not provided any new information at this time, and the council did not take further action during the meeting.
The item remained unresolved on the council’s agenda; the Bainbridges brought the matter to the council’s attention, but there was no motion or vote recorded to require enforcement or other steps before the next meeting.
The council’s next regular meeting is in January 2025, at which time the Bainbridges or council members may request further action or an attorney update.
