The Dunlap City Council approved routine agenda items and several building permits during its Nov. 13 meeting, and referred one application to the Board of Adjustment after it received no motion for approval.
Councilmember Gunia moved and Councilmember Wingrove seconded to approve the meeting agenda, and subsequent motions to approve the Nov. 13 minutes and payment of bills were adopted by voice vote. A consent agenda motion, moved by Councilmember Schauer and seconded by Councilmember Bonsall, approved building permits for Shannon Mahlberg (garage), Mike Burg (cement), Bob Klaahs (cement) and Angela Wingrove (cement).
A separate application for a building permit by Steven Wingrove for an addition did not receive a motion; the minutes state the item “died for lack of motion” and that the permit will go to the Board of Adjustment for consideration.
The meeting adjourned at 8:14 p.m. following a motion by Councilmember Gunia and a second by Councilmember Schauer.
