Dunlap council approves consent items, grants officer 5% raise and sets weekday one-way hours on two streets

Dunlap — At its regular meeting on Aug. 14, 2024, the Dunlap City Council approved routine agenda items and a consent agenda that included building permits and specific property approvals, granted a 5% pay increase to a police officer, and adopted a temporary weekday one-way traffic pattern for two local streets.

Mayor Pro tem Gunia called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Council members Bonsall, Schauer, Gunia, Wingrove and Murphy were present. The council approved the agenda, the July 10 minutes and payment of bills by motion; the minutes record the votes as carried.
