Councilmember Camarata introduced Resolution #0311202602 to approve an engagement agreement with Ahlers & Cooney as bond counsel for an ambulance loan; Councilmember Lynch seconded and the resolution passed on a roll-call vote with Councilmembers Camarata, Beninga, Mikkelsen, Kauten and Lynch voting aye.
Councilmember Mikkelsen then introduced Resolution #0311202603 fixing the date of Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. for a meeting on authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of general obligation capital loan notes of the City of Dike in an amount not to exceed $210,000 to finance essential corporate purposes related to the ambulance. Councilmember Kauten seconded and the resolution passed on a roll-call vote.
