During its Nov. 12 meeting the Dike City Council discussed potential utility rate increases and major equipment quotes and approved the check register totaling $352,498.82.

For emergency equipment, the council received two quotes from Ziegler for generator upgrades: $27,000 for a control panel upgrade and $262,000 for an emergency power switch upgrade.
