Personnel actions approved included a 24‑month step increase for Gwen Busberger, Clerk 2 in the sheriff’s office, moving her from $37,689.50 to $39,945.32 effective March 3, 2026. The board also approved a 36‑month step increase for Jillian Allen, Clerk 2 in the motor‑vehicle division of the treasurer’s office; the transcript records prior and new pay rates but contained punctuation errors in the figures (see clarifying details). Both personnel motions passed unanimously.
Other routine items filed with the auditor’s office included treasurer and recorder reports and the clerk’s fee report as of January 2026. The board also approved minutes from the Feb. 3, 2026 regular meeting.
