Resident disputes media coverage of proposed Dellwood bike trail; clerk says reports overstated progress

Council Member Greg Boosalis said the City is awaiting a report from its engineer about design, potential locations and projected costs, and Council Member Scott St. Martin said he had not yet seen the article.
The exchange left open several questions for the Council to resolve: the trail’s route and design, whether funding is secured, and resident support. The Council instructed City Planner Nate Sparks to prepare resident notices on items tied to the Highway 244 discussion and to coordinate engineering review. No formal action on the trail was taken at the meeting.
