The Echo City Council on Feb. 11 approved a liquor license for the Legion to serve at an E.C.H.O. group March trivia night and a gambling license for the E.C.H.O. group for the Echo Days Celebration. Councilman Darren Gjerset moved and Councilman Wyatt Bendix seconded approval of the liquor license; the motion carried unanimously. Councilman Dan Larsen moved and Councilman Darren Gjerset seconded approval of the gambling license; that motion also carried unanimously.
Later in the meeting the council approved the consent agenda (Bills, Payroll, and Bank information) on a motion from Councilman Mark Schettler, seconded by Councilman Wyatt Bendix; the motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m. on a motion from Councilman Mark Schettler, seconded by Councilman Dan Larsen.
