Mayor Tracy Jones moved to adopt the ordinance, Councilmember Gregory Koch seconded, and roll call vote (Jones, Brennan, Hanson, Hemphill, Koch) was unanimous in favor. The council also approved the summary of the ordinance for publication as required by state law.
The council’s action followed the public hearing record, which shows no public comments on the proposed fee changes. The City will publish the ordinance summary per standard procedure and implement the revised fee schedule once the publication process is complete.
