Commissioner Bill Daly moved and Commissioner Logan Hammel seconded a recommendation to approve the site plan submitted by McDonald’s USA, LLC for Lot 1, Ashland Crossroads Plat 2, "subject to addressing the remaining comments," according to the minutes prepared by City Clerk Marcia Thomas. The motion carried 3-0; Commissioners Dave Stratton and Cynthia Thayer were recorded as absent.
The commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the De Soto City Council for final consideration. The minutes do not provide details of the outstanding comments the commission expected to be addressed. The meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
