Fairgrounds Committee approves minutes and places monthly report on file; sets July meeting date

The Fairgrounds Committee convened June 4 and approved the May 7 meeting minutes after a motion by George, seconded by the chair, by voice vote.
Later in the meeting the committee voted to place the monthly report on file following a motion and second; the report included the Food Truck-A-Palooza summary. Chair announced the next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 2 at 6 p.m., although that date may be cancelled because it falls during Independence Day week. Hallie Sewell moved to adjourn, a second was given, and the committee adjourned by voice vote.
No ordinances, contracts, or budget appropriations were introduced or approved at the meeting.
