Early council approves final payments, releases retainage to close DD59 stormwater project

The council then approved final Pay Application No. 10 to Empire Excavation in the amount of $29,554.89. That motion, made by Councilor Scadden and seconded by Councilor Blackman, passed by roll-call vote with the same three councilors recorded as voting aye and the same absentees.
The council did not record the dollar amount of the withheld retainage or the damages deducted in the meeting record. No amendments or appeals to the payments were recorded during the meeting.
