Lot split (Sposito): The commission approved accepting cash in lieu of land for the Sposito lot split and will forward that recommendation as appropriate.
Cold storage building: The commission recommended that the City Council accept Kapsner Construction's low bid of $61,650 to build a 32' x 56' x 14' cold storage building. The project funding was described as $50,000 from a secured grant plus $25,000 budgeted by the city; the Kapsner bid was $61,650.
