Motions carried to approve Pay Application #4 to Nelson Electric Co. for $24,691.29 for the Uptown Lighting Improvement Project; V&K Invoice #51387-6 for $6,957.58 for Rachel Street Improvements; and Pay Application #3 with Modern Concrete for $44,162.37 (with payment to the contractor of $42,837.50 after retainage). Each payment was approved by motion and second; corresponding motions and seconds were recorded in the minutes.
Council discussion noted the Code of Ordinances has not been fully reviewed and codified in more than ten years, and that Simmering-Cory will provide a completed codification for the city.
