The council also approved the consent agenda with one modification: a Century Asphalt invoice was adjusted to $50,000 and the council directed that the invoice not be paid in full until required follow-up work is completed. The consent items listed in the record included minutes from Nov. 1 and Nov. 15, 2022, bill approvals and the treasurer’s report.
Council member Karen Schlueter moved — and Honeywell seconded — authorization for engineering firm Ulteig to put a housing project out to bid; that motion carried by unanimous roll call. In a separate vote on project payments, the council approved Payment No. 3 to Rieshick Drilling Company in the amount of $155,652.75.
