The committee’s roll call on the motion to hire MASC recorded unanimous support: Mr. Drummey, Mr. McCarthy, Ms. Spadafora, Ms. Macklin, Ms. Hortie, Mr. Gray, Mr. Bernard, Ms. Rose‑Zeiberg and Mayor Christenson all voted YES.
Next steps include notifying MASC, building the Superintendent Search Committee and posting a volunteer form for faculty, parents and community members on maldenps.org. The district said community members will be able to follow the search progress on a Superintendent Search page that will host proposals, committee membership, timeline and later, finalist information.
