The Berlin-Boylston Regional School Committee on July 2, 2025 voted unanimously to appoint Robert (Bob) Hulecki as District Treasurer.
Michael Totman, chair of the Berlin-Boylston Regional School Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. during a brief remote session held by Zoom. Lori Hart, the district clerk, moved to appoint Hulecki; Elisabeth Mancini seconded the motion. The committee approved the appointment with four affirmative votes — Hart, Mancini, Meagan Grill and Totman — and no dissenting votes.
Interim Superintendent Albert G. Ganem Jr. provided a short explanation of the timing and interview process for the treasurer appointment and publicly thanked Cynthia Henderson, who is stepping down from the treasurer role. The committee placed the appointment on the consent agenda and moved forward without questions being raised by members.
The appointment takes effect immediately as the formal action of the committee. Following the vote the committee approved a motion to adjourn. No further business was recorded in the meeting minutes.
