At the June 10 meeting the Berlin-Boylston Regional School Committee approved a number of routine governance items and moved into executive session for negotiations.
The committee set its next meetings for August 12 (as needed) and August 26, 2025, and agreed to place Public Comment before Business items on future agendas. It appointed Jessica Deglialberti as the Boylston representative to the Boylston Master Plan Implementation Committee by unanimous vote (motion by Lori Hart, seconded by Jessica Deglialberti). The committee approved two open-meeting minutes (May 13 and May 19) as part of the consent agenda and approved distributing $50 as two $25 gift cards for the 2024–25 Marion Hoffman award recipients.
Finally, members voted to enter executive session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a) to discuss collective bargaining (BBEA CBA) and strategy for nonunion personnel negotiations related to the Interim Superintendent contract. The roll-call vote to enter executive session was unanimous and the committee entered executive session at 7:42 p.m.; no public action on the superintendent contract was recorded in open session.
