The New Ashford Select Board voted to approve its Nov. 3 minutes, appointed a town representative to a regional cultural council and approved an online tax-payment agreement at its Nov. 18 meeting.
Ken McInerney moved to approve the Nov. 3, 2025 minutes; Jason Jayko seconded and the motion passed with Mark Phelps recorded as abstaining. Later in the meeting, Mark Phelps moved to appoint Ronan Chris Murphy to the Northern Berkshire Cultural Council for a three-year term; Jason Jayko seconded and the appointment passed unanimously.
The board also reviewed and approved a Point & Pay agreement to allow residents to pay taxes online. Mark Phelps moved to approve the agreement, Jason Jayko seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board said a new bank account will be established to handle Point & Pay transactions.
The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Dec. 1, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
