CHFA hears 2025 draft budget overview; board approves routine consent agenda items

Cindy Butts moved to approve the consent agenda and Timothy Hodges seconded; the board voted by roll call and unanimously approved the consent items. The consent agenda included financial reports; production and delinquency reports; investment and swap reports; a homeownership report; a multifamily activities report; a monthly tracking report; and minutes from the Sept. 26, 2024 meeting.
With no further business, the board adjourned by unanimous consent at 10:30 a.m.
