At the start of the Feb. 9, 2026 meeting Amy Brosnan led the committee through a series of procedural motions to approve prior meeting minutes. Lisa Lindia moved to approve the Aug. 11, 2025 minutes; Rich Dvorin seconded, and the motion passed. Lindia again moved to approve the Sept. 8, 2025 minutes; Mary Beth Leonard seconded, and the motion passed. Lindia moved to approve the Oct. 6, 2025 minutes; Austin Tanner seconded, and the motion passed. Lindia moved to approve the Nov. 10, 2025 minutes; Mary Beth Leonard seconded, and the motion passed.
For the Dec. 8, 2025 minutes Mary Beth Leonard moved approval and Rich Dvorin seconded. Rye Owen requested a wording revision to item 5(c) to correct the pronoun; the minutes were amended to reflect the requested change and the motion passed.
At the meeting’s close Lisa Lindia moved to adjourn and Venus Corriveau seconded; the committee adjourned at 5:02 p.m.
