The committee adopted Resolution 25‑10‑327 appointing Gerardo Toledo and Resolution 25‑10‑328 appointing Hugo Calderon Rojas by roll call vote; all members present voted yes. The committee then administered the oath of office in a short ceremony and invited family members for photographs.
The chief also thanked staff and command‑team members who managed recruitment and selection and emphasized the department’s retention and recruiting strategies.
