Several committee members raised procedural concerns that backup documents were provided late (a paper copy delivered at 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting), noting Massachusetts open‑meeting expectations about timely posting. After discussion, the subcommittee voted by roll call to refer the start/end times to the full school committee so the matter can be considered at the committee level and, if necessary, placed on the July agenda.
