Town Administrator Bob Graves told the Finance Committee that Road Superintendent Jamie Callahan has earned a water operator license and now oversees the town's water plant, replacing the previous operator. Callahan has completed most of the system upgrades and enabled remote access to the plant's readings, bringing the department's readings "back on track," the minutes say.
Justin Sullivan was identified as a key department employee who supports operations with strong computer skills. The minutes state that Berkshire Engineering will serve as a consultant for the water system moving forward.
