Historic Preservation Officer Anna Prenas told the board that COA SP 2024-010 was approved on April 17, 2024 but expired before a building permit could be issued; the applicant requested renewal so the permit may be issued. An applicant representative identified on the record as Pratt said the approved drawings remain unchanged and that the COA “is the last thing that we need for obtaining the permit.” Prenas confirmed that conditions from the prior approval have been addressed in the permit drawings.
Board members reviewed the files, reported no outstanding public comments, and moved to renew the certificate with the conditions listed in the staff report. The motion passed unanimously on roll call.
The renewed COA allows demolition of the existing residence and construction of a new single-family home, subject to the conditions previously imposed by the board and documented in the staff report.
