The principal outlined commendations (high retention, graduation rates and program growth) and identified required priority areas for improvement. The school and board were told a school‑level action plan must be filed by Feb. 1 and that the accreditation visit will evaluate progress roughly a year after submission.
The board adopted a District Improvement Plan during the meeting that staff said will be integrated with required accreditation actions; trustees voted to adopt the plan as presented.
