HCS oil tank replacement delayed as district awaits state approvals

The district’s five‑year plan lists an HCS oil tank replacement with a total shown as $560,000; the same table lists what appears to be a state/district split as $313,445 (state) and $256,455 (district). The table’s formatting suggests a state School Construction Grant cost‑share (noted in the table as state 54% / RSD 10 45%), but the numbers in the file do not arithmetically reconcile to the total listed. Committee members flagged timeline risk but did not alter the project’s ranking in the plan during the meeting.
No formal vote or RFP authorization occurred at the meeting; staff said they will proceed when state approvals and required paperwork are complete.
