Bond-proceed balances were reported at about $65.2 million, with a roughly million-dollar payment due in the next few weeks.
The board voted to approve a right-of-way encroachment easement (item 7B1) by roll call and consented to a package of business-and-finance and personnel items, including the Kids Club fund repayment recommendation. Finance committee members described Kids Club’s recovery from COVID-era losses and recommended repaying certain general-fund overhead costs under board policy; that repayment was included among approved consent items.
No motions on budget increases or major new capital commitments were made in this meeting; several construction items (press box signage, sidewalk on Fair View) were discussed as approved or pending internal decisions.
The board scheduled a special July meeting to address additional summer hiring and project items.
