Board continues review of EMS finances; analysis ongoing

Board members noted the EMS building budget is at or below expectations, and asked for an update on the undesignated fund balance net of recent reductions at the next meeting. Chris Neary said the town has an audit extension and promised to provide the requested figures at the following session.
No motions or votes resulted from the EMS discussion; the board will receive further financial details at its next regular meeting on Feb. 3, 2026.
