Town staff member Shelley Cates confirmed the Town was credited a previously included late fee of $41.00.
Chair Joe Bellavance used the meeting to announce Earth Day events planned for April 18 at the Transfer Station, listing discounts on bulky waste, free recyclable drop‑off, a shredding truck, a drug take‑back, a Brooklyn Community Cares collection table and food trucks. Selectman Sherri Vogt added that the Putnam Police Department maintains a 24‑hour drop box for unused medication. Attendee Sandy Brodeur offered public comment on Earth Day during the public comment period; the minutes record the subject but do not include the text of the comment.
The board also reminded residents that the Town Meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Brooklyn Middle School. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
