The Scituate Planning Board voted to continue the public hearing on a major site plan, administrative review and stormwater permit for 18–20 Country Way to 6:30 p.m. on July 23, 2026. A board member moved to accept the applicant's continuance request; the motion was seconded and carried.
The motion, read into the record by a board member, also extended the statutory time for action with the town clerk to Sept. 30, 2026. The board recorded that the applicant must pay to re-advertise the hearing prior to the continued date.
The continuation was requested so the applicant could address outstanding review items and coordinate schedules; board members noted the July 23 date may be aspirational and the applicant may need to request another continuance if peer-review or other reviews remain unresolved. The board provided no further votes or conditions during the motion beyond the advertising requirement and time extension.
The matter is scheduled to return to the board on July 23, 2026.
